How do you describe the indescribable?
There are no words to give you the fullness of the experience we had during our trip in April but let me say that Viking River Cruises did not miss one detail. From the moment of embarkation, they made us feel like family coming home again. On Easter they put chocolate bunnies on our beds. Upon return from a shore excursion, they were standing on deck with “Welcome Home” signs for us!
There was a different castle or a vast vineyard around every bend in the river. The shore excursions were handled extremely well.
It was a trip of a lifetime. I have been to many places, but this one just left me wanting more.
