  I am the ultimate romantic! I LOVE helping couples plan their destination weddings, honeymoons, vow renewals and anniversary vacations. I've spent more than 20 years in the travel industry visiting and experiencing the most romantic destinations in the world.

 My all-time favorite place to vacation is Hawaii.  My husband and I honeymooned on Maui several years ago.  We have since vacationed with our family on each of the islands.  Every island is unique, beautiful, very romantic and well worth an extended visit.  

Some of my other favorite international travel experiences include many stays at All Inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean;  trips to Egypt, Jerusalem, Germany (on a Viking River Cruise...which was fabulous), and Paris.

Hawaii-A Paradise on Earth

The moment I set foot on the Hawaiian Islands, I was captivated by its natural beauty, and the calm that seemed to envelop every corner. From the lush tropical rain forests to the crystal-clear waters, Hawaii was the perfect escape from the rush of everyday life. My first stop was Oahu,  home to the capital city, Honolulu. The city was alive with vibrant energy with plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.  However, it was the beaches that really stole my heart – from the iconic Waikiki Beach with its stunning views of Diamond Head to the serene Lanikai Beach with its turquoise waters. There were  no shortage of picturesque spots! Moving on, I visited Maui where I witnessed some of the most breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. With its winding coastal highways, cascading waterfalls, and lush green hillsides, it truly felt like a tropical paradise. A must-see destination  is the Haleakala National Park, where you can watch the sunrise over the majestic volcano of the same name. Next up was Kauai, which is known as the “Garden Isle.” This island was definitely my favorite! It offers the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. I navigated my way through the beautiful Waimea Canyon took  a helicopter tour to see the island in all its beautiful glory. Finally, I made my way to the Big Island of Hawaii, which is home to some of the world’s most active volcanoes. The Kilauea volcano in action was unquestionably a once-in-a-lifetime experience. In conclusion, Hawaii is a destination that should be on every traveler’s list. The warmth of its people, the natural beauty, and the endless activities available make for a trip that is both relaxing and thrilling. It is, without question, one of the most beautiful places on earth.
